FAQ

Can I lasercut my own custom design?

Yes. However we will still need to check through the artwork. Please send us your artwork in illustrator(.ai) / photoshop(.psd) format.

Price of the signage is fixed, there will be no reduction of cost despite providing your own design.

What type of fonts you have?

We have a library of fonts, different fonts suit different names. We also need to modify and adjust the font custom to each name before we fabricate. We will get back with 3 design options for you choose before we proceed with the order.

If I do not like any of the 3 design options you gave, can i amend?

Yes, you still can amend. We are flexible with the amendments.

What size of signage should i take?

The sizes are dependent on your names / backdrop size. Everything is scaled proportionately according to the horizontal length. Please enquire to us if you are unsure. 

What type of material you have?

We have walnutwood / basswood / gold mirror acrylic / black acrylic / white acrylic. You may refer to product pages for material swatch 

How thick is the signage, and is it heavy?

They are all 3mm thick. They are not heavy, suitable for hanging and sticking

How do I hang the signage?

Simply using fishing lines and go through the alphabets and hook to your arch/ bar

How do I stick  the signage on the wall?

Depending on your wall type. We recommend 3m hooks / 3m tapes to attached the signage to your wall. We will advice you to spread out more and attached them firmly. 

How do i place an order?

For customised orders,

Do i have to make a deposit to see the artwork?

We do not accept deposits for artwork. You may live chat to discuss on your requirements before we work out the artwork for you. 

We will only work out the artwork if its a confirmed transaction. 

What is the lead time?

We fabricate weekly in Singapore. From the time of order submission,

Artwork Preview - 1 - 2 working days

Fabrication - 7 working days

Please buffer approx 1-1.5 weeks for liasing, payment, fabrication and collection.

Do you do event set up?

We do not do event set up at the moment. Only customised signs and gifts. 

How can I be sure my order was placed successfully?

Upon payment of order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email or have any question about the order, please contact us at hello@shopkustomise.com

What are the delivery options?

All signage delivery @ $9
As item is fragile, all signs are delivered in house. Signage are despatched on every Friday. You will be able to receive by the weekends. 

Gift items will be despatch via 3rd party courier. Price will be reflected by weight and shown at check out page. 

Self collection are on appointment basis and subjected to availability. 

What is the return and exchange policy?

We do not do returns / exchange for customise order, and we ensure that all products are passed on you in good condition.

Delivery : If there is any damage to the item on delivery, please contact us immediately.

We do not do any exchange due to change of mind, or if item does not suit your event, our advices are only for your consideration.

In any event if the item is damage due to our fault, we will do a 1 - 1 exchange of the exact same product. No monetary refunds will be made.
