In accordance to fabrication lead time >> item is ready every Friday
Weekends Delivery to Customer.
Our items are fragile / intricate cuts, delivery is by appointed delivery partner
No self collection.
If there is any damage to the item on delivery,
please contact us immediately
RETURNS
We do not do returns / exchange for customise order,
and we ensure that all products are passed to you in good condition.
We do not do any exchange due to change of mind,
or if item(s) does not suit your event, our advices are only for your consideration.
In any event if the item is damage due to our fault,
we will do a 1 - 1 exchange of the exact same product.
No monetary refunds will be made.
